General


These terms and conditions (including the exclusion of liability) bind you as a customer of Turon Holidays when making your booking with Turon Holidays LLC (308466158). These Terms form the agreement entered when you use our website to book your tours and when we supply our 'Group Tour', 'Private Tour', 'Customized Tour' and 'Short Package' products.

Your booking indicates that you have had sufficient opportunity to access these Terms and that you have read, accepted and will comply with these Terms. References in these terms and conditions to Turon Holidays includes (where the context permits) our employees, agents, contractors and suppliers and these terms and conditions (including exclusions from liability) apply to their benefit.


Booking


To book your trip simply choose a start and end date then complete our online booking form. Once your payment has been processed, our reservations team will email you a Booking Confirmation, plus all the necessary information about your trip.

Your travel consultant or Group Leader will advise you payment deadlines at time of booking. Tours/activities must be paid in full 2 months prior to your start date. Please understand we reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment has not been received in time. Bookings made within 2 months of travel will require full payment at time of confirmation. For any open dated bookings, you will be required to let us know your preferred travel date 2 months in advance, availability cannot be guaranteed. Deposit payments are non-refundable.

A non refundable 1.8% booking processing fee applies to each booking.

If Turon Holidays does not provide international airfare, 30% of full payment must be made 4 months prior to a start date and the amount due must be covered 2 months prior to the start date.

If Turon Holidays provides international airfare, 50% of full payment must be made 4 months prior to a start date and the amount due must be covered 3 months prior to the start date.


Deposit Policy


If you have paid a deposit to secure a space for a certain date, we’ll reserve your spot and make arrangements for your trip. The final payment of your tour needs to be paid 2 Months prior to your tour. Please understand we reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment has not been received in time.


Cancellation


At times, Turon Holidays may be forced to cancel a trip start date, in which case a revised trip date will be offered to you. (Reasons may include, but are not limited to, weather and safety conditions etc). We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including, but not limited to, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights. If this occurs and it is not possible for you to participate in a Tour with a different start date we will offer a full refund minus any unrecoverable costs. You shall not be entitled to make any claim for loss arising as a consequence of cancellation or curtailment in these circumstances.


Refund Policy


In case of cancellation of a tour regardless by supplier or customer side, both sides must be aware of it 30 days prior to a departure date. In this case no penalty charges will be applied.

If Turon Holidays provides international or domestic air tickets, booking cancellation request by customer must be made 3 months prior to a departure date in order to prevent penalty charges made by Airline Company.
